Commercial – Kentish Town

Located in Kentish Town, this project involved the design and full commercial refurbishment of a multi-storey studio building, with works carried out across both the interior and exterior of the property. The refurbishment focused on upgrading the overall finish and functionality of the space, including repainting the entire studio interior, the building façade, and the five-storey hallway to create a brighter and more cohesive working environment. Additional improvements included the installation of new carpet across two floors and new tiling in key areas to enhance durability and quality of finish. Glass partitions with frosted detailing were introduced to improve privacy while maintaining light and openness within the workspace. Electrical systems were upgraded throughout the building, and new external decking was installed to create a practical outdoor area. The result is a refreshed studio environment that supports modern commercial use while presenting a clean, contemporary appearance in the heart of Kentish Town.
